Fit Girl Personal Training Blog Terms of Use

I, Becky Ackerman, ask that you please read these terms of use before commenting on, downloading, copying, reproducing, altering materials in any way, subscribing to, and linking to (collectively “using”) my blog. Using my blog indicates that you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms of use, please do not use my blog.

Here are the terms:

1. When you leave comments on my blog I receive your e-mail information. I’m not storing or using this information for any purpose other than to moderate comments. I will not sell it. Promise.

2. I am a personal trainer, not a doctor. The purpose of this blog is to motivate, inspire, and teach, but not to diagnose or treat any illness or other health problem.

3. I certainly like to think I’m prefect, but the sad reality is that I am probably not. So while I do my best to always provide 100% accurate, up-to-the-minute information, I cannot always guarantee that will be the case.

4. The content (text, logos, images, trademarks) of the blog belongs to me unless otherwise stated. Other images, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Please don’t reproduce, sell, or modify any part of this blog. Please feel free to link to this blog and discuss its contents in a respectful manner. When you quote or link to this blog, I ask that you please include the Fit Girl Personal Training Blog name in your link. You are not authorized to use this content for personal profit.

5. I am not responsible for the content of comments left by users. I want this blog to be a venue for friendly, respectful discussion, so I will not delete comments that are critical or of a disagreeing nature. I will, however, edit, delete or not publish any comments that are rude, disrespectful, hateful, libelous, defamatory, in any other way potentially illegal, or violating the spirit of friendly discussion.

6. I will definitely delete comments that intend to advertise or are off-topic (SPAM). I also reserve the right to block users who have previously published offensive comments, illegal content, or SPAM.
