There are many training options available so you can pick the one that works best for you:

I train at studios in the Soho/NoLita and Grand Central areas, and I am also available for in-home personal training.

Individual training: Focus on you 100%! Your program design is totally dependent on you, your goals, and your preferences.

Small Group Training: This is a highly cost-effective, and very fun, way to enjoy the benefits of a personal trainer. Organize your own group or join one that has space available.

Regardless of which option you choose, when we begin working together, the first thing we will do is sit down for an in-depth conversation about goals, past experiences, likes and dislikes, medical conditions or injuries that need to be considered, and anything else that might influence our course of action. Your program will be uniquely tailored to you and/or your group so that you're able to get the results you desire.
